Refund policy
Last updated 27 October 2026. We'd rather refund you than keep money for a design that didn't feel right. Here is exactly how it works.
Failed designs
If a generation errors out, the credit goes back on your code automatically. You do not need to contact us.
Within 7 days
Email support@tattoofromphoto.ink within 7 days of a charge. If you have used no more than 3 designs from that purchase, we refund it in full. If you used more, tell us what went wrong and we will refund or top up credits fairly.
Pro Monthly
Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund the current month automatically. If you were charged for a renewal you did not mean to keep, write to us within 7 days and we will refund that renewal if you have not used its designs.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. Banks usually show them in 5–10 business days.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a dispute — it is faster for you, and we answer within one business day.
